WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE?

According to the principles of Content and Language Integrated Learning, collaboration between language and subject teachers is necessary in order to achieve a successful educational approach.

The students of the third grade of our school are working on a weather ptoject these days with their Greek teachers. This fact gave us the initiative to cope with the same topic in their English lesson too. The pupils reviewed adjectives related to weather, they were introduced to the seasons and revised the months while at the same time practised question forms and short answers connected to the weather.

In the end, the children were given a chart where they had to fill in the temperature after visiting our school's Weather Station.
